Job summary

AgeWell Senior Living's Liora at Henderson, an Independent Living community in Henderson, NV, is hiring a Dining Room Server. This role supports residents with meals, helps create a warm, hospitality-driven dining experience, and participates in a collaborative team focused on resident well-being.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication, and the ability to lift 15 pounds and stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Similar experience preferable.
• Ability to work in a team environment and flexible shifts.
• Strong communication and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Takes resident(s) meal orders and serves meals correctly and efficiently.
• Provides delivery of orders to resident apartments upon request.
• Sets tables with napkins and tableware.
• Refills condiments and salt and pepper shakers.
• Sets up and keeps salad and dessert counter supplied.
• Cleans dining room tables and chairs and vacuums dining room.
• May perform other duties as needed.
• May have their picture taken and image used in social media or community advertising.
• May be video recorded from devices installed by families in residents’ apartments.
