Job summary

The Lafayette in Lexington, KY is seeking Servers to join the team. Shifts run across early to late day slots to support dining services for residents and guests in the community.

The role involves setup, serving meals, cleaning dining areas, and maintaining sanitary procedures in accordance with Phoenix Senior Living standards. Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED and prior dining/hospitality experience in a senior living environment is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/ GED required.
• Previous experience in dining hospitality and/or full service senior living preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide dining and table services to residents and guests in the community’s dining rooms and designated areas.
• Ensure proper dining set-up and deliver meal and dining services.
• Clean the dining rooms and uphold sanitation standards for all foods.
• Follow Phoenix Senior Living sanitary procedures and comply with federal, state and local regulations.

• 6:30am-2:30pm
• 7am-3pm
• 7am-11:30am
• 11am-7:30pm
• 3pm-7:30

The Server is responsible for providing dining and table services to residents and guests in the community’s dining rooms and designated areas in accordance with Phoenix Senior Living standards. Responsible for proper dining set-up, providing meal and dining services and cleaning of the dining rooms. Responsible for handling all foods in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards and complies with all federal, state and local regulatory procedures regarding food service.

Requirements

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/LICENSURE- CERTIFICATION

Server

• Education: High School Diploma/ GED required
• Previous experience in dining hospitality and / or full service senior living preferred
