Job summary

Alamar Senior Living in Florida is seeking friendly, customer service–oriented Dining Room Servers to join our compassionate team. Part-time and full-time options available, offering medical, dental and vision benefits, life insurance, PTO, holidays and a 401(k) with company match.

You will ensure residents have a pleasant dining experience and may be photographed for social media or advertising with consent.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Similar experience preferable.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 15 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work in a team environment and work flexible shifts.
• Strong communication and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Takes resident meal orders and serves meals correctly and efficiently.
• Delivers orders to resident apartments upon request.
• Sets tables with napkins and tableware.
• Refills condiments and salt and pepper shakers.
• Sets up and keeps salad and dessert counter supplied.
• Cleans dining room tables and chairs and vacuums dining room.
• May perform other duties as needed.
