Job summary

The Lafayette, part of Phoenix Senior Living in Lexington, KY, seeks Servers to join their dining team. You will deliver dining and table services in residents' dining rooms and designated areas, ensuring quality service and sanitary standards.

You will set up dining areas, assist with meals, and help keep dining spaces clean while adhering to all regulations. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED; prior dining hospitality or senior living experience is preferred.

The Server is responsible for providing dining and table services to residents and guests in the community’s dining rooms and designated areas in accordance with Phoenix Senior Living standards. Responsible for proper dining set-up, providing meal and dining services and cleaning of the dining rooms. Responsible for handling all foods in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards and complies with all federal, state and local regulatory procedures regarding food service.

Requirements

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/LICENSURE- CERTIFICATION

Server

• Education: High School Diploma/ GED required
• Previous experience in dining hospitality and / or full service senior living preferred
