Job summary

Fox Ridge NLR, now part of the AgeWell Solvere Living family in North Little Rock, AR, is seeking a Dining Room Server to ensure residents have a pleasant dining experience. The role involves taking meal orders, serving meals, delivering orders to apartments, and maintaining tables and counter areas.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to work in a team, strong communication, and the physical ability to lift up to 15 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Takes resident(s) meal orders and serves meals correctly and efficiently
• Provides delivery of orders to resident apartments upon request
• Sets tables with napkins and tableware
• Refills condiments and salt and pepper shakers
• Sets up and keeps salad and dessert counter supplied
• Cleans dining room tables and chairs and vacuums dining room
• May perform other duties as needed
• May have their picture taken and image used in social media or community advertising.
• May be video recorded from devices installed by families in residents’ apartments.
