• Promote teamwork by assisting other Servers.
• Understand product specifications and ensure receipts match guests' parties.
• Perform opening and closing procedures along with side work.
• Report equipment and facility problems to the Manager.
• Familiarize with correct table bussing procedures.
• Follow safe work practices to ensure safety for all.
• Meet cleanliness, service, and quality standards per duty roster.
• Adhere to local health department laws.

The main responsibility of the Server is “Making Pleasurable Dining Affordable.” Fulfilling Golden Corral’s mission statement requires a positive attitude and ongoing professionalism. Hospitality is the most important part of the Server’s responsibilities. The keys to success for a Server include a clean, neat appearance, positive attitude, and courtesy.
