Root Down in Denver is seeking hospitality professionals to join a vibrant team delivering farm-centric, globally inspired seasonal cuisine. The space blends coziness with sophistication, featuring vintage touches and a large 4-season patio with Denver skyline views.

In year 1 earn between $26–$33 per hour, base wage of $19.29/hour plus tips through a tip pool system. Wages rise with tenure and proficiency; a comprehensive benefits package is offered to support you both in and out of work.

An OG of the modern Denver dining scene, Root Down’s farm-centric menu features eclectic, globally-influenced seasonal cuisine, with a focus on organic and locally-sourced ingredients. Perfect for a bite in the neighborhood or a signature dining experience, our space is both cozy and sophisticated, with vintage touches and a large, 4-season patio with views of the Denver skyline.

In year 1 earn between $26–$33* per hour

on average ( with tips included). Wages go higher from there based on tenure and proficiency.

*Base wage of $19.29/hour plus tips through a tip pool system. Tips are shared across the team and added to your hourly pay

Requirements

• Physical stamina to stand & move throughout the duration of a shift
• Open availability including nights & weekends
• Must be able to lift over 20lbs multiple times per shift
