Job summary

Lakewood Country Club in Dallas is offering a 12-month hospitality development program as a server. You will gain wine education, leadership coaching, and exposure to both a la carte and banquet service training with mentorship from seasoned managers.

We seek growth-minded individuals who can contribute to memorable member experiences while upholding the club's 100-year history. Training focuses on service excellence and professional development.

Qualifications

  • Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages.
  • Food safety certification is required.
  • TABC certification is required.
  • High School education, College preferred.
  • Two years of customer service or fine dining experience preferred.
  • The ability to read, write and execute basic math skills.

Responsibilities

  • Join our hospitality development program as a server for 12 months with wine education, leadership coaching, and mentorship from experienced managers.
  • Greet and acknowledge members and guests following service excellence and Club philosophy.
  • Be knowledgeable about the club, its offerings, wine list and menu; time the service of each course.
  • Learn members' names and special preferences; collaborate with peers and leadership to resolve issues professionally.

Job Summary

We\'re offering the opportunity to join our hospitality development program as a server. Over a 12-month period you\'ll be exposed to wine education, leadership coaching, exposure to a la carte and banquet service training, and mentorship from experienced managers. Must Haves
