Job summary

Miskiri Hospitality Group is seeking a Server in Cleveland, OH to greet guests, take and deliver orders, and ensure a positive dining experience from arrival through payment. Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking accurate orders, communicating dietary needs to the kitchen, delivering meals, and maintaining clean tables while assisting with opening/closing

• Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system
• Communicate dietary restrictions and allergy information to the kitchen
• Deliver orders in a timely manner and check back with guests throughout the meal
• Maintain clean, properly set tables and assist with side work (rolling silverware, stocking stations, restocking condiments)
• Process payments accurately and handle cash and card transactions
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
• Support teammates during peak periods and assist with opening/closing duties
