Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly, present menus, and answer questions about items, preparation, and ingredients.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Communicate dietary restrictions and allergy information to the kitchen.
• Deliver orders in a timely manner and check back with guests throughout the meal.
• Maintain clean, properly set tables and assist with side work (rolling silverware, stocking stations, restocking condiments).
• Process payments accurately and handle cash and card transactions.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.
• Support teammates during peak periods and assist with opening/closing duties.
