George's Breakfast and Brunch in Chandler is seeking an entry-level Server to greet guests, take orders, deliver meals, and process payments in a fast-paced, friendly atmosphere.

This part-time, onsite role offers on-the-job training, meal discounts, flexible schedules, and opportunities to advance to lead server as you gain experience and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing attitude with strong customer service skills.
• Availability for morning and weekend shifts typical of a breakfast/brunch operation.
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods during a shift.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Reliability and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and provide a warm, welcoming experience from seating to departure.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate special requests to the kitchen clearly.
• Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring presentation and temperature meet standards.
• Process payments, issue receipts, and handle cash or POS transactions responsibly.
• Maintain clean, organized dining areas, bussing tables and resetting stations between guests.
• Promote daily specials and upsell add-ons to enhance guest experience and increase checks.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and support team members during busy periods.
