George's Breakfast and Brunch in Chandler, AZ is seeking an entry-level Dishwasher for part-time, onsite work with a morning-focused schedule. You will ensure dishware, glassware, and cookware are clean and ready for breakfast and brunch service, supporting a fast-paced kitchen.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Lift up to 50 lbs safely.
• Reliable punctuality and dependable transportation to Chandler.
• Availability for early-morning shifts and weekend availability.
• Basic English communication to follow directions and safety instructions.
• Willingness to work onsite in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently to clean plates, utensils, glassware, and cookware.
• Pre-rinse, scrape and sort dishes, and hand-wash items as required.
• Maintain sanitation standards by properly chemical-treating and storing cleaned items.
• Keep dish area, walk-in, and prep zones clean and organized — sweep, mop, and empty trash as needed.
• Assist kitchen team with basic prep, restocking supplies, and rotating inventory during slower periods.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures and report equipment issues promptly.
• Work reliably during scheduled morning and weekend shifts and support the team during peak service times.
