Pacific Hospitality Group is hiring a Breakfast Attendant/Server for AC Hotel Tempe/Downtown. The role involves setting up and breaking down the breakfast spread, serving food, and preparing beverages while delivering exceptional guest service during breakfast and events.

The ideal candidate will have hotel or resort food and beverage experience, be at least 17 years old, and possess or obtain a Food Handlers Card.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel/resort food and beverage service.
• Must be at least 17 years old.
• Food Handlers Card or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment.
• TIPS certified or willingness to obtain certification.
• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and guest relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up breakfast items and replenish as needed.
• Serve food and prepare beverages for guests during breakfast, events, and functions.
• Enter orders into POS system and record guest choices and dietary needs; process payments accurately.
• Break down breakfast setup and maintain cleanliness of work areas.
• Support kitchen staff by coordinating timing of meal progression and closing out checks.

We are focused on long-term value creation and sustainable growth.*Our Guiding Principles:**Integrity, Compliance, Value Creation, Principled Entrepreneurship, Customer Focus, Knowledge, Change, Humility, Respect, & Fulfillment***What You Will Accomplish**As a Breakfast Attendant/Server, you are responsible for set up and breakdown of the Breakfast Spread, serving food, and preparing beverages while providing exceptional service to property guests during breakfast, special events, and other catered functions, in addition to other property hosted events as requested and scheduled.**Essential Duties/Responsibilities:*** Follows all standards of Safe Food Handling, TIPS Alcohol Service, and Health and Sanitation guidelines.* Follows all AC Brand Standards* Sets up breakfast items, and replenish items as needed* Breaks down setup, cleans, and prepares items for next AM Shift* Enters orders to POS system and records guests' choices, special dietary needs and special requests* Keeps kitchen staff informed by noting timing of meal progression* Processes guest payment transactions accurately and by securing payment and closing out all opened checks during shift. Balances all payment methods with accuracy to sales report* Maintains the cleanliness of the work areas.
