Job summary

Rosa Mexicano Boston is seeking passionate Bussers to join our team. If you thrive in a fast-paced, celebratory dining environment, bring energy, hospitality, and a smile—the rest is on us.

You’ll support the guest experience with warmth, assist with tableside tasks such as guacamole, and help keep the dining room organized, clean, and welcoming. Prior guest service is a plus; high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• Guest service experience preferred.
• Ability to multi-task while staying organized.
• Ability to stand on your feet through a shift.
• High School Degree or GED required.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• We believe in Warm Latin Hospitality, welcome every guest like they’re walking into your home
• Own the best part of the guest experience - Tableside Guacamole
• Be the heartbeat of the dining room - keeping the energy flowing, the tables turning, and the experience seamless
• Help create a warm, welcoming environment where every guest feels noticed and cared for

• Maintain all Health and Sanitation Standards
• Keep a "never walk past a napkin on the floor" mentality
• Communicate constantly and quietly with Management and service staff to ensure seamless service for all guests
• Keep the dining room, service stations, and sidework areas organized, stocked, and spotless - because every detail matters
• Quickly clean and turnover tables to maintain dining room efficiency
• Handle glassware, silverware, and plateware with care
• Participate in pre-shifts, trainings, and team meetings - because we grow together
• Work together with your teammates to keep the energy high and the service seamless - at Rosa Mexicano, teamwork is always on the menu
