What You’ll Do

• We believe in warm Latin hospitality, welcome every guest like they’re walking into your home.
• Own the best part of the guest experience – Tableside Guacamole.
• Be the heartbeat of the dining room — keeping the energy flowing, the tables turning, and the experience seamless.
• Help create a warm, welcoming environment where every guest feels noticed and cared for.
• Follow our Service Steps as outlined.
• Maintain all Health and Sanitation Standards.
• Keep a never walk past a napkin on the floor mentality.
• Communicate constantly and quietly with Management and service staff to ensure seamless service for all guests.
• Keep the dining room, service stations, and sidework areas organized, stocked, and spotless — because every detail matters.
• Quickly clean and turnover tables to maintain dining room efficiency.
• Handle glassware, silverware, and plateware with care.
• Participate in pre-shifts, trainings, and team meetings — because we grow together.
• Work together with your teammates to keep the energy high and the service seamless — at Rosa Mexicano, teamwork is always on the menu.
