Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warm hospitality and greet them as they enter.
• Know the menu inside and out and make recommendations.
• Follow the established Service Steps and maintain health and sanitation standards.
• Deliver food and drinks with energy, warmth, and attention to detail.
• Anticipate guest needs and proactively assist.
• Communicate with the kitchen to ensure dish shine and accuracy.
• Handle payments and follow cash-handling procedures.
• Keep your section clean, organized, and guest-ready.
• Participate in pre-shifts, trainings, and team meetings to grow together.

Skills and Qualifications

• Serving Experience: 1 year preferred
• Proficient technical skills ex. POS systems
• Familiar with industry’s best practices

• Ability to stand on your feet through a shift
• High School Degree or GED required
