Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warm Latin hospitality and guide them to their tables.
• Own the guest experience during Tableside Guacamole service.
• Keep the dining room energetic, tables turning, and service seamless.
• Foster a welcoming environment where guests feel noticed and cared for.
• Follow service steps and maintain health and sanitation standards.
• Keep dining areas and stations organized, stocked and clean.
• Participate in pre-shifts, trainings, and team meetings.

What You\'ll Do

• We believe in Warm Latin Hospitality, welcome every guest like they’re walking into your home
• Own the best part of the guest experience – Tableside Guacamole
• Be the heartbeat of the dining room — keeping the energy flowing, the tables turning, and the experience seamless
• Help create a warm, welcoming environment where every guest feels noticed and cared for
• Follow our Service Steps as outlined
• Maintain all Health and Sanitation Standards
• Keep a "never walk past a napkin on the floor" mentality
• Communicate constantly and quietly with Management and service staff to ensure seamless service for all guests
• Keep the dining room, service stations, and sidework areas organized, stocked, and spotless — because every detail matters
• Quickly clean and turnover tables to maintain dining room efficiency
• Handle glassware, silverware, and plateware with care
• Participate in pre-shifts, trainings, and team meetings — because we grow together
• Work together with your teammates to keep the energy high and the service seamless — at Rosa Mexicano, teamwork is always on the menu
