Chick-fil-A Alpine Avenue in Michigan is seeking a Shift Leader to inspire the team, coach others, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. This full-time role emphasizes servant leadership, accountability, and a culture of excellence within a fast-paced restaurant.

You will lead daily operations, support both Front of House and Back of House teams, and develop team members while upholding Chick-fil-A standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of restaurant, hospitality, retail, or leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead teams and achieve performance goals.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, Saturdays, and holidays.
• Alignment with Chick-fil-A's values and culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day restaurant operations during assigned shifts.
• Support Front of House and Back of House teams.
• Coach and develop team members in real time.
• Maintain Chick-fil-A standards for food quality, hospitality, cleanliness, and safety.
• Help manage shift execution, labor, and operational efficiency.
• Address challenges and resolve issues with professionalism and urgency.
