Sharp Packaging Solutions, part of UDG Healthcare plc, seeks a Serialization and Technical Services Specialist to lead technical efforts across XPReS projects, EPCIS, and data exchange initiatives. You will coordinate requirements among engineering, sales, project management, order management, quality, and operations to ensure successful implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a science, engineering, IT, MIS, operations, CS or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience preferred; willingness to pursue development.
• Lean and/or Six Sigma background is a plus but not required.

Responsabilités

• Manage high-complexity technical requirements with critical thinking and solution development.
• Serve as the primary resource for technical documentation related to implemented solutions.
• Schedule and document action items from project meetings and coordinate tasks.
• Define responsibilities and WBS for tasks; manage vendor requirements and workload.
• Identify issues and develop solutions during technical solution execution.
• Procure and deploy required technology services, hardware, and software.
• Provide technical support for XPReS projects, including EPCIS and data exchange.
• Communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Suggest process improvements based on best practices and standards.
• Manage risks, changes, and delivery impediments across initiatives.
