Job summary

Sharp Packaging Solutions, part of UDG Healthcare plc, seeks a Senior Corporate Project Engineer to lead engineering efforts for new business development and capital programs across Sharp facilities. You will direct design, specification, procurement, and implementation of packaging equipment, while supporting account executives as the technical liaison to customers.

You will validate packaging processes, improve machine performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering; 7+ years in project engineering or capital projects.
Proficient with project management methodologies and budgeting.
Experience troubleshooting manufacturing lines and coordinating cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Lead design and development of assembly and packaging projects for new product launches.
Provide technical support to production to improve efficiency and quality.
Coordinate with Account Executives to communicate capabilities and solutions to customers.
Develop and manage project documentation and validation protocols.
Ensure projects meet scope, timeline, and budget with proper risk management.
