Responsibilities

• Lead high-complexity technical requirements with critical thinking.
• Own and maintain technical documentation for implementations.
• Schedule, facilitate, and capture actions from project meetings.
• Define RACI and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for tasks.
• Develop and track vendor requirements and prioritize workloads.
• Provide technical support for serialization, EPCIS, and data exchange projects.
• Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Recommend process improvements based on best practices.
• Manage delivery impediments, risks, and changes.
• Serve as main contact for technical issues coordinating with XPReS team.
