Job summary

Delos Data Inc, a startup building foundational AI data center tech, is seeking a SerDes Validation Lead in the United States. You will own physical-layer implementation, tuning, and post-silicon validation of ultra-high-speed data links (112G/224G PAM4) and collaborate with SI/PI, hardware, and firmware teams.

This hands-on role requires bringing up SerDes IP macros, optimizing eye margin, and guiding lab automation with Python.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SerDes bring-up and validation experience.
• Experience with 112G/224G PAM4 or PCIe Gen5/Gen6.
• Strong understanding of TX/RX equalization and eye margin.
• Ability to debug cross-silicon/board/firmware issues.
• Experience with Python for test automation.

Responsibilities

• Drive SerDes IP block configuration across hardware systems.
• Tune CTLE/FFE/DFE to maximize eye margin and minimize BER.
• Lead post-silicon bring-up of 112G/224G PAM4 links.
• Use high-bandwidth test equipment to validate links.
• Correlate lab measurements with layout and models.
• Support firmware for real-time link monitoring.
• Develop Python scripts for test automation.
• Define best practices for SerDes bring-up and validation.
