Job summary

TP-Link Systems Inc. is seeking a Website & SEO Specialist to drive growth, optimize our corporate site, and improve organic visibility across traditional and AI-powered search channels.

Reporting to the Website Manager, you will enhance user experience, content quality, and performance metrics. You will conduct keyword research, audits, and data-driven recommendations while collaborating with an external agency on Reddit SEO and emerging search trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, IT, or related field.
• Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and on-page optimization.
• Hands-on experience with GA4, GSC, and SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs).
• Strong analytical, organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Understanding of AI-powered search trends (a plus).
• Familiarity with Reddit platform dynamics (a plus).

Responsibilities

• Improve website architecture, navigation, page layouts, and user journeys to enhance usability and engagement.
• Perform regular website audits for content quality, functionality, and consistency across pages.
• Monitor website performance, including traffic, engagement, conversions, and user behavior metrics.
• Develop actionable recommendations based on data insights and help measure impact of optimization initiatives.
• Support efforts to improve the website's organic visibility across traditional and AI-powered search experiences.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content opportunity assessments using SEMrush or Ahrefs.
• Optimize website content and on-page elements following SEO, AEO, and GEO best practices.
• Support Reddit-focused SEO and AEO initiatives with external agency.
• Monitor Reddit conversations and community trends and inform content and search optimization strategies.
• Publish and update content via the CMS.
