TP-Link Systems Inc. seeks an SEO & AI Search Optimization Manager to lead organic search across corporate sites and Shopify storefronts.

You will drive traffic, DTC revenue, and content optimization with a focus on AI-powered discovery, working with web development, merchandising, and marketing teams. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in e-commerce SEO, strong AEO/LLM expertise, and deep technical SEO skills, including schema markup and site performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of dedicated SEO experience with e-commerce/DTC brands.
• Demonstrated AEO/LLM expertise for content optimization and discovery.
• Deep technical SEO capability: schema, site speed, crawl budget, URL architecture.
• E-commerce acumen with Shopify/merchant feed and product discovery.
• Cross-functional leadership translating SEO requirements to engineering, merchandising, and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the organic search roadmap across core site architecture and Shopify storefronts.
• Develop an AI Engine Optimization (AEO/GEO) strategy to maximize brand authority and product citations.
• Optimize Shopify storefronts: taxonomy, PDPs, structured data, internal linking, canonical tags.
• Maintain site health: crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals, rendering, mobile performance.
• Partner with Creative, Brand, Content to format content for search crawlers and LLMs.
• Define KPIs and dashboards linking organic traffic and LLM citations to revenue; manage SEO tools.
