Job summary

TP-Link Systems Inc. is seeking a Website & SEO Specialist to join our team and drive growth, optimization, and performance of the corporate site.

You will report to the Website Manager and play a key role in improving user experience, content quality, and organic visibility across traditional search engines and AI-powered channels. The role requires hands-on SEO work, data-driven decision making, and collaboration with an external agency for Reddit-focused initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console (GSC), and SEO platforms such as SEMrush or Ahrefs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in improving website architecture, navigation, page layouts, and user journeys to enhance usability and engagement.
• Perform regular website audits to ensure content quality, functionality, and consistency across all pages.
• Monitor website performance, including traffic, engagement, conversion, and user behavior metrics, to identify optimization opportunities.
• Develop actionable recommendations based on data insights and help measure the impact of optimization initiatives.
• Support efforts to improve the website’s organic visibility across both traditional search engines and emerging AI-powered search experiences (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity).
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content opportunity assessments using tools such as SEMrush orAhrefs.
• Optimize website content and on-page elements following SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) best practices.
• Support Reddit-focused SEO and AEO initiatives in collaboration with the external agency, helping ensure brand visibility andaccuraterepresentation across Reddit search and AI-driven answer results.
• Monitor Reddit conversations and community trends relevant to thebrand, andprovide input to inform content and search optimization strategies.
• Support the operation, maintenance, and optimization of the corporate website, including publishing and updating content through the Content Management System (CMS).

Salary range: $80,000 - $90,000
