Job summary

TP-Link Systems Inc. is seeking a Website & SEO Specialist to join our team and drive growth, optimization, and performance of the corporate site.

You will report to the Website Manager and play a key role in improving user experience, content quality, and organic visibility across traditional search engines and AI-powered channels. The role requires hands-on SEO work, data-driven decision making, and collaboration with an external agency for Reddit-focused initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content optimization.
Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console (GSC), and SEO platforms such as SEMrush or Ahrefs.

Responsibilities

Assist in improving website architecture, navigation, page layouts, and user journeys to enhance usability and engagement.
Perform regular website audits to ensure content quality, functionality, and consistency across all pages.
Monitor website performance, including traffic, engagement, conversion, and user behavior metrics, to identify optimization opportunities.
Develop actionable recommendations based on data insights and help measure the impact of optimization initiatives.
Support efforts to improve the website’s organic visibility across both traditional search engines and emerging AI-powered search experiences (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity).
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content opportunity assessments using tools such as SEMrush orAhrefs.
Optimize website content and on-page elements following SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) best practices.
Support Reddit-focused SEO and AEO initiatives in collaboration with the external agency, helping ensure brand visibility andaccuraterepresentation across Reddit search and AI-driven answer results.
Monitor Reddit conversations and community trends relevant to thebrand, andprovide input to inform content and search optimization strategies.
Support the operation, maintenance, and optimization of the corporate website, including publishing and updating content through the Content Management System (CMS).
