Job summary

Pixis is seeking an SEO Specialist to drive organic growth across its digital properties through technical SEO, content optimization, and AI search initiatives. You will partner with Product Marketing, Content, Engineering, Design, and Growth teams to improve search visibility, traffic quality, and measurable business impact.

The role blends analytical thinking with creative problem-solving, focusing on GEO/AEO/LLM visibility and a data-driven content calendar strategy for scalable results.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of hands-on SEO experience.
• Strong understanding of Technical SEO, On-page SEO, and Off-page SEO.
• Experience with keyword research, content optimization, and website audits.
• Good understanding of search ranking factors and SEO best practices.
• Experience working with CMS platforms such as WordPress or Webflow.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives.
• Perform comprehensive keyword research and search intent analysis.
• Optimize website architecture, internal linking, metadata, and content for improved search rankings.
• Conduct regular technical SEO audits and coordinate issue resolution with Engineering teams.
• Monitor website performance using Google Search Console, GA4, and other SEO tools.
• Develop and execute content optimization strategies that improve rankings and conversions.
• Support AI Search Optimization initiatives, including GEO, AEO, and LLM visibility.
• Analyze competitor strategies and identify opportunities for organic growth.
• Collaborate with content teams to create SEO-driven content calendars.
• Track, measure, and report SEO performance, traffic, rankings, and conversion metrics.
• Stay current with Google algorithm updates, AI search trends, and industry best practices.
