FairPlay SportsMedia seeks an Organic Performance Manager to own the SEO/AI/LLM strategy across key markets, driving scalable growth and content performance. You will work with editorial, product, PR, and external partners to deliver measurable improvements.

The role is remote in the USA, with eligibility restricted to CO, FL, MD, MN, NJ, NY, PA or TN. You will lead on-page optimisation, content briefs, and technical SEO initiatives while mentoring junior team members.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in SEO with proven success in competitive organic search environments.
• Deep expertise in content-led SEO, on-page optimisation, and technical fundamentals.
• Strong analytics and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the SEO/AI/LLM strategy to drive organic traffic growth in priority markets.
• Lead keyword research, topic analysis, and content briefs aligned with editorial goals.
• Collaborate with editors, product and engineering to implement SEO best practices.
• Analyse SEO performance and report insights to stakeholders.
• Manage external SEO agencies to meet outreach and link-building goals.
• Mentor junior SEO team members and stay ahead of algorithm updates.
