Job summary

DataDirect Networks seeks an SEO, GEO & Content Optimization Manager to blend analytical rigor with strong content instincts. You will identify topics that bring in qualified traffic, build a GEO strategy, and guide content creation that supports these insights.

The role requires 3–5+ years in SEO with hands-on Semrush and GA4 experience, plus collaboration across digital, content, PMM, and demand gen teams. On-site position with competitive benefits and growth potential.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in SEO, content optimization, or digital content strategy.
• Strong writing and editing skills with a focus on content clarity and performance.
• Hands‑on expertise with Semrush (required) and GA4; familiarity with Ahrefs, Moz, and Screaming Frog is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI-based search optimization (GEO) or an eagerness to learn.
• Collaborative and comfortable working across digital, content, PMM, and demand generation teams.

Responsibilities

• SEO Research & Intent Analysis: conduct keyword, topic, and intent research using Semrush; map rankings to identify gaps.
• GEO (Generated Experience Optimization): build GEO strategy and framework; optimize content for AI-generated answer engines.
• Content Optimization: improve clarity, structure, and performance of content across pages and resources.
• Page-Level Content Improvements: recommend updates for high-value pages based on analytics and intent.
• Web Chat Experience: update chat playbooks and align with SEO/GEO priorities.
• SEO/GEO reporting using Semrush, GA4; build dashboards and provide actionable recommendations.
