Job summary

DEPT® is hiring an Associate Director of SEO/GEO to lead organic growth for high-value accounts. You will bridge technical SEO with the broader media landscape and shape how SEO partners with AI-driven discovery while maintaining senior client relationships.

You will mentor Managers and Associates, drive new business pitches, and oversee strategy spanning technical, content, and authority to deliver tangible ROI.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of SEO experience with enterprise client leadership.
• Experience in people management (3+ years).
• Strong Technical SEO expertise including JS rendering, migrations, headless CMS.

Responsibilities

• Direct long-term SEO and GEO strategies for enterprise accounts across SERPs and AI surfaces.
• Lead integration of SEO with Paid Search, Social, and PR for a cohesive Total Search strategy.
• Present data-driven roadmaps to senior clients as a strategic advisor.
