Job summary

Tsoverheadcrane is seeking a Digital Marketing & Content Manager to drive our brands in traditional search and AI-powered search. You’ll lead SEO, AEO, and GEO efforts, optimize content, and publish multimedia experiences across our digital properties.

You’ll shape search strategy, improve existing content, create new material, and collaborate across teams to maintain a consistent brand voice while exploring emerging AI insights and trends.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, content strategy, or a related field.
• Strong SEO knowledge and a solid understanding of AEO, GEO, and AI-powered search.
• Experience managing website content and publishing across digital channels.
• Hands-on experience creating or editing multimedia content, including video.
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.
• Excellent writing, editing, and content development skills.
• Strong organizational skills, curiosity, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.
• A degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Lead SEO, AEO & GEO efforts to grow organic visibility across search engines and AI platforms.
• Optimize and improve existing content across our websites, product pages, and other digital channels.
• Create compelling new content that connects with our audiences and is built for discoverability, engagement, and performance.
• Improve website performance through keyword research, technical SEO, content audits, metadata, structured data, and other optimization strategies.
• Produce and publish multimedia content, including graphics, photography, and short-form video for websites and social media.
• Track results and find opportunities using analytics, search performance data, and emerging AI search insights.
• Collaborate across teams to develop content, support marketing initiatives, and maintain a consistent brand voice.
• Stay ahead of the curve by testing new tools, following search and content trends, and finding smarter ways to work.
