Briggs & Riley in Hauppauge, NY is seeking an Organic Growth Specialist to drive organic growth across our global ecommerce platforms. You will blend SEO, AI-powered search optimization, content strategy, analytics, and UX best practices to increase visibility, traffic, and conversions.

The role reports to the Digital Commerce Growth Manager and requires 3–5 years in SEO or related fields, strong teamwork, and a passion for data-driven problems.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of SEO, content marketing or ecommerce marketing experience.
• Strong understanding of on-page and technical SEO.
• Experience with GA4, Search Console and SEO tools.

Responsibilities

• Execute SEO and AI search optimization initiatives to increase organic visibility and qualified traffic.
• Identify content opportunities across our website and external platforms.
• Create SEO-informed content briefs and partner with our Copywriter to develop content.
• Collaborate with external SEO agencies and internal Marketing, PR, Development, and Digital Commerce teams to implement strategies.
• Perform technical SEO audits and recommend improvements to crawlability, indexing, metadata and Core Web Vitals.
• Monitor keyword rankings, search visibility, website performance, and analytics tools.
• Support backlink initiatives through partnerships with PR and affiliate marketing teams.
• Work with developers and Digital Operations to improve website performance and conversion opportunities.
• Optimize product content and discovery across AI-powered search and commerce platforms.
