Job summary

The Website Search Optimization Analyst works with Spectrum Reach’s web strategy and development teams to increase web visibility and drive search-driven traffic. You will craft schemas and briefs for digital content designed for both traditional and AI-driven search, and analyze data to uncover opportunities, performance trends, and gaps in search visibility.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in SEO or digital marketing, strong analytics, and experience with tools like Google Analytics and Search

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in SEO, search analytics, or digital marketing.
• Working knowledge of schema markup, structured data, and technical SEO fundamentals.
• Familiarity with AI-driven search and how large language models surface and cite web content.
• Proficiency with SEO and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Semrush, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across strategy, development, and content teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the web strategy and development teams to boost visibility and traffic.
• Develop and implement structured data and schema markup for discoverability by search engines and AI tools.
• Create detailed content briefs that guide production of optimized digital content for standard and AI search.
• Analyze data from Spectrum websites and external partners to identify opportunities and trends.
• Monitor and report on key search metrics and translate findings into recommendations for stakeholders.
• Conduct keyword, competitor, and technical SEO audits to prioritize optimization work.
• Stay current on search engine algorithm changes and emerging AI search trends.
