Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in SEO, search analytics, or digital marketing.
• Knowledge of schema markup, structured data, and technical SEO fundamentals.
• Familiarity with AI-driven search and how large language models surface and cite web content.
• Proficiency with SEO analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the strategy and development teams to boost web visibility and search-driven traffic.
• Develop and implement structured data and schema markup for discoverability by traditional and AI-driven search tools.
• Create briefs guiding production of content optimized for standard and agentic search.
• Analyze data from Spectrum sites and partners to identify opportunities and trends.
• Monitor and report on key search metrics and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Conduct keyword, competitor, and technical SEO audits to set priorities and improve site performance.
• Stay updated on search engine changes and AI trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
