Northrop Grumman Defense Systems in Roy, Utah is seeking a Project Change Engineer to oversee cradle-to-grave program changes on the Sentinel program. You will develop change requests, coordinate boards, and ensure timely implementation with proper documentation and cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires a Secret clearance, STEM degree, and experience with MS Office and DOORS, MBSE concepts, and strong communication skills. Competitive benefits and a 9/80 schedule are offered.

Qualifications

• US citizen with an active Secret clearance (within 6 years).
• Ability to obtain SAP approval in a reasonable timeframe.
• Associate level requires STEM degree with 1 year experience; higher level 2 years.
• Strong written and verbal communication and with teamwork mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop change request packages and present through the change board process.
• Ensure packages meet quality standards and are board-ready.
• Coordinate comment follow-up, resolution, and approvals.
• Coordinate input into impact assessments and board actions.
• Coordinate resolution and closeout of board action items.
• Interface with Configuration Management on submitting and finalizing changes.
• Ensure approved changes are implemented prior to closure and closed timely.
