Qualifications

• US Citizenship with active Secret clearance at time of application.
• Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in technical writing and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development, request, and implementation of changes to program and technical baselines.
• Coordinate change boards, ensure packages are board-ready and documented.
• Interface with Configuration Management on change requests and ensure timely closure.
