Job summary

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems in Roy, UT seeks a Systems Engineer/Principal Systems Engineer (Level 2 or 3) to support Sentinel capabilities across increments and IFC baselines. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM; 2 years exp with bachelor’s or 0 with master’s for System Engineer Level 2.
• US Citizen with active DoD Secret Clearance (investigation within last 6 years).
• Must have SAP access.
• 1 year experience applying systems engineering processes (requirements development, interface definition, V&V, change management).
• 1 year experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to align cost, schedule and performance.

Responsibilities

• Support IFC Leads ensuring alignment between segment/element capabilities and program objectives.
• Analyze and coordinate change requests; assess technical, verification and schedule impacts.
• Collaborate with systems, software, hardware, test, and PM teams to maintain integrated baselines.
• Use MBSE/digital engineering tools to manage baselines and support planning.
• Prepare and present technical information to boards and leadership for data-driven decisions.
