Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 8+ years of related experience or Master’s with 6+ years.
• Active U.S. Government Secret security clearance, with SAP approval ability.
• Experience with PLM tools such as Siemens Teamcenter.
• Experience translating requirements into mechanical design solutions.
• Experience in a technical leadership role.
• Experience with ASME Y14.5 and Y14.24

Responsibilities

• Support design and development of hardware solutions for Command Systems Wing Operations and Physical Security.
• Mature hardware baseline with cross-functional stakeholders and ensure high-quality documentation in PLM tools.
• Lead and mentor mechanical engineering staff and provide performance guidance.
• Coordinate engineering release activities and ensure producible, well-documented hardware.
