Northrop Grumman Defense Systems in Roy, UT is seeking a Principal or Senior Principal Systems Engineer - CS IFC Lead to drive Sentinel increments and IFC baselines. You will coordinate changes across multiple teams, apply rigorous SE methods, and ensure delivery aligns with mission objectives.

The role requires active Secret clearance, SAP access, and a strong background in MBSE and configuration management. Relocation assistance may be available and a competitive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM with 5+ years of related experience; 3 years with a Masters; or 1 year with a PhD (Senior Principal level requires more).
• US Citizenship with active Secret clearance and SAP access on day 1.
• Experience applying systems engineering processes on defense/aerospace systems.
• Experience leading or coordinating cross-functional teams to meet cost, schedule, and performance objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis and coordination of change requests and prepare recommendations for technical boards.
• Coordinate systems, software, hardware, test, and program management teams to maintain baselines and resolve issues.
• Use requirements and configuration management tools to manage baselines and plan IFC/increment activities.
• Prepare and present technical information and recommendations for decision makers.
