Job summary

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a SEIT Principal / Sr. Principal Systems Engineer in Roy, Utah to support the Sentinel ICBM program. You will lead a small team of systems engineers and guide architecture development for weapon system integration, supporting milestone campaigns.

The role requires a STEM degree with extensive experience, active DoD clearance (Secret) and familiarity with DOORS and MBSE tools. Relocation assistance and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) from an accredited university.
• 8+ years of related experience; 6+ years with a Masters; 4+ years with a PhD.
• US Citizen with active DoD Secret clearance or higher; SAP access eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of systems engineers and guide integration and test activities for the Sentinel system.
• Develop system level architecture, allocate from weapon system spec to CI definitions.
• Conduct trade studies for milestones and support milestone campaigns.
