Job summary

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Field Engineering Services Manager 2 to lead deployment and on-site activities for the Sentinel system in Roy, Utah. The role involves planning, installation, and collaboration across multiple engineering teams, with a strong emphasis on on-site execution.

The candidate must hold an active U.S. DoD Secret clearance and bring extensive experience in project leadership and field operations within defense systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8 years of related work experience; or Master's with 6 years of related experience.
• Active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance required at time of application, current and within scope, with SAP eligibility.
• Experience leading a project and/or driving performance against schedule is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deploy Sentinel weapon system and assist in site buildup, emplacement, and upgrades.
• Conduct technical analysis and troubleshoot deployments per customer specifications.
• Coordinate with IPTs, Design Engineering, Configuration Management and Technical Publication teams.
• Conduct deployment planning including installation for weapon system equipment.
