Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Field Engineering Services Manager 2 to deploy the Sentinel weapon system, oversee site buildup, and coordinate installation across multiple locations. The role requires a DoD Secret clearance and leadership of cross-functional teams in design, engineering and deployment contexts.

Successful candidates will manage schedules and resources, train customers, and serve as the on-site company representative.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8 years of related work experience, or Master’s with 6 years of related experience.
• Active DoD Secret security clearance at time of application, with ability to obtain SAP approval within a reasonable period.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and upgrade the Sentinel weapon system at test and training sites.
• Plan, design and develop schedules, procedures and materials for upgrade projects including electrical and power systems.
• Lead deployment planning, installation, troubleshooting and on-site coordination with customers and IPTs.
