Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline.
• 14 years of experience or 12 years with a Master's or 10 years with a PhD.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen with active U.S. Government Secret Clearance.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience leading engineering teams.
