Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a Chief Product Owner for the Sentinel product line in a dynamic, high‑impact environment. The CPO will drive PI planning, align roadmaps, and coordinate ~80 engineers across USG and NASAMS portfolios to ensure value‑driven delivery.

This servant‑leader will advance Agile maturity, manage dependencies, and provide metrics to leadership. A DoD secret clearance is required; relocation may be offered for an on‑site role in the United States.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a degree in STEM and 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Agile organizations (Lean, Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, XP).
• 5+ years in roles like Product Owner/PM/Release Train Engineer or similar.

Responsibilities

• Execute the Program Increment, aligning roadmap with backlog and team delivery.
• Hold Scrum of Scrums to surface blockers and coordinate cross-team needs.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to remove impediments and align across disciplines.
• Lead PI Planning and deliver retrospective improvements to the CE.
