Job summary

Raytheon Technologies seeks a Program Manager for the C3S Portfolio, focusing on Sentinel-NASAMS. You will manage the program lifecycle, cost, schedule, and performance, interfacing with stakeholders to meet specifications and budgets.

The role requires EVMS and program management experience, with US citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance. Onsite in Fullerton, CA with 10% travel and relocation not available.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience with 8 years of relevant experience or an Advanced degree with at least 5 years of experience.
• Prior Program/Project Management experience is required.
• Prior Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) experience is required.
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance; U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of Sentinel-NASAMS program cost, schedule, and technical execution to drive performance.
• Perform risk and opportunity management to protect revenue and profit.
• Be accountable for profit, AOP, and financial metric reviews.
• Identify new business opportunities and allocate resources to grow revenue over 5 years.
• Lead proposals through the RLPM Pursuit-to-Start-Up phase.
• Coordinate a matrixed, geographically dispersed team across locations.
• Interface with internal partners across Raytheon and RTX businesses.
