Job summary

StorSuite LLC is seeking a highly organized Zoho Specialist to own the Zoho platform end-to-end in the Austin area. You will design processes, automate steps, and ensure data integrity while training staff to use the system effectively.

You will partner with Sales and Marketing to translate needs into Zoho configuration, handle lead routing, opportunities, and custom modules across Facilities, Claims, Plans, Services, Investor Accounts, and Underwriting Fees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or 5+ years of experience.
• Exceptional proficiency with CRM software and Google Workspace.
• Experience using Zoho or another CRM to track and report on project metrics.
• Experience creating and maintaining custom functions using Deluge or a comparable scripting language.
• Experience with Zoho Flow, Zapier, Make, or similar workflow automation and integration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build and configure Zoho with custom fields, workflows, dashboards, and reports.
• Automate and integrate using Deluge, Zoho Flow, and APIs; maintain integration health.
• Ensure data quality and CRM health; manage deduplication and governance.
• Create Zoho Analytics dashboards and weekly KPI reports for leadership.
• Provide user enablement and training; document configurations for knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing; support campaigns and Zoho releases.
