Job summary

QVC Group is seeking a Senior Manager Social Platform Lead - YouTube to drive strategy, programming, operations, and performance for its YouTube presence. You will shape how customers discover content, products, and stories across a leading video platform.

You’ll convert priorities into a growth plan, impacting discoverability, watch time, engagement, subscriber growth, traffic, and revenue through ad share and affiliate activity.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in YouTube, social media, or digital content.
• Experience developing and executing YouTube channel strategy for a brand or publisher.
• Deep knowledge of channel operations, metadata, and growth best practices.
• Track record of improving audience and content performance.
• Experience using analytics tools to evaluate performance and optimize strategy.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing external partners.

Responsibilities

• Set and evolve the YouTube channel strategy for the brand including content pillars and publishing approach.
• Translate priorities into an integrated YouTube content calendar and live/social commerce priorities.
• Lead channel performance metrics such as impressions, watch time, engagement, and revenue contribution.
• Optimize titles, thumbnails, metadata, and channel architecture through testing and analysis.
• Coordinate with creative, production, social, merchandising, paid media, analytics, and marketing teams.
• Present channel performance and recommendations to leadership.
