Lutheran Social Service MN is seeking a Sr Youth Worker (Facility Based) to welcome and support youth aged 16-24 experiencing homelessness or children aged birth-17 in 24/7 shelter. You will cover shelter hours, conduct intake, help youth create daily plans, and assist with basic needs while building trusting relationships.

The role emphasizes crisis response, safety, and compassionate care to promote stability and next steps for each youth in care.

Qualifikationen

• Strong understanding of positive youth development and trauma-informed care.
• Experience with homeless or at-risk youth is preferred.
• Willingness to work overnights and weekends and respond to crises.
