Job summary

Openkrill is seeking a Youth Development Sr. Training and TA Specialist (Remote, US). You will lead training initiatives, coach teams, and provide ongoing technical assistance to strengthen evidence-based youth programs.

You will monitor fidelity, develop practical resources, and translate program models into high-quality services for children, youth, and families. Collaboration with leadership and partners drives continuous program improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, curriculum and instruction, public health, social work, youth development, or related field.
• At least five years designing, delivering, or evaluating curriculum-based training or TA.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices and trauma-informed youth development.
• Experience leading facilitator onboarding and train-the-trainer initiatives.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to work with diverse teams.
• Experience with culturally responsive approaches; Latino faith-based exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead training and technical assistance initiatives to strengthen youth development programs.
• Coordinate facilitator onboarding, skills development, refresher sessions, and coaching cycles.
• Support implementation fidelity monitoring through observations and feedback.
• Develop and refine training materials, facilitator guides, and TA resources.
• Ensure materials align with evidence-based curricula and trauma-informed practices.
• Document sessions and report findings to leadership for decision-making.
