Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, curriculum and instruction, public health, social work, youth development, or related field.
• Master’s degree in a relevant discipline preferred.
• At least five years of experience designing, delivering, or evaluating curriculum-based training, TA, or PD for youth-serving programs.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices and youth development approaches.

Responsibilities

• Lead training and TA initiatives to strengthen implementation of youth development programs.
• Monitor fidelity through observations and feedback; provide actionable improvement recommendations.
• Develop and refine training materials and implementation tools.
• Promote consistent delivery of curricula across partners.
• Collaborate with leadership and partners to align training with program objectives.
